Reuben Daniel Armstrong has been the Broadcast Manager and President for Bishop Mark Tolbert, the Overseer of Victorious Life Church in Kansas City, for several years. Bishop Tolbert also serves as the First Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Reuben’s expertise in broadcasting and leadership has played a key role in expanding the church’s reach and impact.
